We
work on an exclusive retainer and charge one-third of the anticipated
compensation for the successful candidate. However, because we
are a boutique search firm, we have the flexibility to negotiate
our services for a fixed fee, depending upon the assignment.
When
you retain a boutique search firm, you have the additional
advantage of not being invoiced for the usual arbitrary 12-15% “overhead”
large executive recruiting firms charge. We only invoice direct
costs associated with each individual search, and large expense
items such as travel are pre-approved by you. As much as possible,
we conduct video meetings with potential candidates to avoid
expensive interview trips.
We
guarantee our placements for one year. If a candidate fails to
live up to your expectations, we will replace him/her for no additional
fee.
